is the pixelation on purpose or is it just bad compression?

huby: Pixelation on purpose.

1. The use of tutorials stands out way too much.
2. The colors are pretty bad as well, yellow and blue contrast way way too much and the way that it's used in the image in fairly horrific so to speak. It's doable, but, one would need to work with the use of colors in order to do so.
3. The word TRENDI! makes itself the focal point because it's more pronounced on a white background. If it was intentional or not, the text should, but not always, accompany the image rather than distract the viewer.

Overall, play with the tools and develop your own technique rather than relying on tutorials to make up the bulk of your image. The tutorials are there to help you learn, not provide you with an easy way to make an image.
