The first one is for the same XS-Pro company I've been designing a couple days for now, the second is a group I'm starting up with a friend, please let me know what you think.

Nice job!

Objectively speaking here....

1. the word "Empowering" bugs me. don't know why.

2. adjust the tracking on the 2nd one - in the initials.

I really like the "trendy slogan here" part. Very clever!

Yeah, empowering is wierd, but that's a client job.
As for tracking, I'm not sure I follow

Instead of centering the text, left justify it. Kerning also needs some attention (2nd one). On the first logo the different weight of the 3 lines encompassing the text is slightly offputting - perhaps all the same wieght or 2 and 1 combination would be more aesthetically pleasing?
