It looks very nice.

I'd maybe tone the "scanlines" down a bit, and try to remove the jaggies in the frame.

Otherwise, it does look like a clock.

that is very nice, i like it, sam e critique as paavo, and some of the numbers are too close to the frame.

look very nice, i think it would look very sweet if you made it into a watch.

Yea, the scanlines and the jaggies were what I noticed when I was looking for things to improve.. I didn't even realize the number problem until you mentioned it though, Shadower. It looks really really nice though.. The bevel is the only thing that is going to make it stand out, most clocks don't have beveled hands like that, but I *love* how you made the drop shadow higher for the second hand.. Overall great work, better than most of the clocks I see here
