hmmm - like Bladerunner for teletubbies text, the background is probably the most interesting thing, the rest is a mish mash of banality. I wont be the last I am guessing but the lense flare used in such a crude fashion always gets a poor reception.

Yeah u have to lose the lens flare. colours dont really work either,and not great use of space. Its just all a bit ugly! But hey ur here to improve and i have no doubt that will happen!

Im usually a good critic...
But your work is fairly esthetic.

The red background looks good.
THe font looks desent enough.
The flare on the other hand.. looks like you used really really low resolution...
Use smaller flare.... and higher resolution.

But its cool... I would give it a "B" grade
