You can't link a PSD- file.. you need to put it as a GIF or JPG. :=)

pls tell me how photoshop wont allow me to change it and if i change it to a jpg from were i saved it it wont let me see the image

just changed it to jpg tho i cant see the image from my folder

You have to open the psd file in photoshop and then do File>Save for Web... Then you can save it as a jpg.

If you just change the file extension it won't show up of course.
