very nice... its always exciting when there is a thread by you. so how long does it take for you to finish a piece like that? what size and resolution do you usually make your images at? do you sketch them first when pencil and paper, or just start going right in photoshop? and.. and.. and... i'll stop now. thanks. |

what tablet do you use? Intuos2 or graphire2 because I thinking about buying one of them, it kinda depends on if the graphire2 is any good. thank, Michael |

Giotto.... (so how long does it take for you to finish a piece like that?) ... Futz around with it for 5 or 6 days. (what size and resolution do you usually make your images at?) ... pretty large - this one is about 4400 x 3000 pixels. (do you sketch them first when pencil and paper, or just start going right in photoshop?) ... Photoshop from start to finish. (and.. and.. and... i'll stop now.) ... no problem Michaelp... I use a Wacon Intuous 9 x 12 which I twist 90 degrees and use in portrait mode. I have a two monitor system, with the monitors stacked on top of each other... so the top part of the portrait mode tablet is for the top monitor and the bottom for the bottom monitor. That way, I have a 6 x 9 inch drawing area for the bottom monitor, which is the one I draw on. The top is used for all the Photoshop resources. |

hey, i was looking at your site, and the photographs. i see you sell prints. may i ask what printer you use? if you print from home, that is... or do you take them somewhere? I have the epson 785epx that i am very happy with. I noticed there was one that used the same print technology, but printed 13x19. it isn't that one by any chance, is it? thanks.
