banner for site #2

Hey, This is my first design site that I am attempting to make and this is the banner for it. Can u please tell me if it is good or bad and what I can do with it if it is bad.

little red X.

what do u mean by "little red x" random???

I suppose he means that no image is showing up. Because no image is.

The pic shows up on the page as a little red x. Dead image. I went to the URL of the pic and it said "you do not have permission to access this page."

i can see it though. If u can't see it, here is the site.

It's the same thing. On that site it only shows a li'l red X, but it can be helped by copying the url and paste it into another browser session.

For a first try it's ok, I think. The one thing I immediatly noticed though, was the fact that the eye thing is has to "long", much gradient on it. I see a "square" where I supposed it would just float together. And that dark thing under the text...I don't see what it is, and it should in my opinion be removed.

I like the fon though, what is it...?

What is a fon?? That black thing u can't see very well is a keyboard. What should I put in place of that?? Should I put the eye there?

I just realized that u probably ment "font". Ya, it is a Verdana font.
