i took a pic and made new layer and made shape on that and i distrted the shae, duplicated it a couple of time, rotatated and change blend mode. forthe background i just used some radial blur and the dodge and burn tool. |

make the brights brighter and some of the darker areas darker to make the bright sections stand out

its not "dull". maybe muted or somtehing, but i like the colors. but yeah. text. |

I'm new here and to photoshop but i liek it. only suggestion, if i may, is that it needs a bit mroe color. Also, try to get a few higher resolution WP's out, am i the only person using 1600x1200?
