Need Graphic Design

I'm in the process of starting my own movie production company and I'm in need of a graphic design. Unforunately I don't have the means to pay anyone but the graphic will be YOUR work and you will be recognized for it. Anyone willing to give me a hand would be awesome. Here's what I'm looking for..
I'm looking for a photo or computer generated image of an abandoned down town city. Cars decaying in the street, grass growing through cracks of the side walks. All this is half under water, the city is half flooded. On the top side is either cloudy looking weather or sunshine. All this is inside the letters "Drought To Flood Productions L.L.C." Thanks to all who are willing to give me hand. Thanks.
