Can Any1 Edit This Picture

i want help of any graphics expert infact for a picture i love most but that is with some 1 i am attaching pic here and in picture i am without glasses and my girlfriend want that the boy with glasses in picture should not seem in picture but the picture should reamain good plz any body can edit it for me in such a way that a good backgroubnd should seem here in my pic so i am waiting for edited picture

The picture is not of a high enough resolution to bother with trying. I could accomplish what you want with trouble, but you would still be in the same boat.
