Dream-like/Cartoon-ish effect |

Can some one please help me figure out how to do this effect or if it can even be done with Photoshop. . I've been trying to figure it out for months. . . |

Ok, here's my idea. I haven't tested it yet, although it should work... Take your image, desaturate it a little bit to where you can sense some grays , duplicate that first layer, apply a SLIGHT gaussian blur, and set as soft/hard light, and play with the opacity. Again, it should turn out ok, I don't know, but it should be a start. -AaronGlass |
