Well, it is a really good tut which gives a rather nice effect, is there any chance of having one without the prerequisite of the KPT5 Filter?

I know, always a day late and a dollar short. I have KPT5 but need the 5.01 file to update and also the "pankmetal1.kpt5" preset. Is there any way of getting the "custom.zip" at this late date? Please advise.
