Come on there, guy. I know you're busy, but it'll be fun!

I'd like to use only photoshop/illustrator, and start from scratch, not a photo manipulation. Any native PS filter.

I want a longer time limit though. We both have quite a few other projects going on I believe.

Ok, I'll give you a challenge. Here it is.

Should be interesting. Combine a flat 2D background with some pseudo 3D work. And like Dek said.

Use only photoshop/illustrator, and start from scratch, not a photo manipulation. Any native PS/Illustrator filter...
