I agree with weekend timing. It should be easier for ppl to find time than on a busy week day.

I think with the # of ppl it would be best if you just rang the bell and through the manip into the ring. That way it wouldnt be weighted if one someone requested a manip they excelled at. If it were just a couple ppl who were equally good at a specific thing..id be different.

So many ambitious mods may be more disasterous then none at all. :D
