Car Edit Anyone (started)

O.k. Sorry. I didn't know we couldn't start yet. I don't have a lot done, I'll hold off finishing until I know more of the details. If the details change maybe I'll still finish this one just for fun and then do whatever the challenge is like everybody else. Couple other questions, can we use Mitsubishi's logo? And can we use other photos for background as long as we add our own rendering to the background photo? I'm new to the pixel wars here, and I just want to make sure that I follow the rules.

I'm fine with the picture we have. I think that will be part of the challenge of it, doing something with what we have to work with.
