Not really a Photoshop question here. This is a question regarding your operating system. Fonts are available everywhere. On the internet, for instance, you can buy or download free fonts. Or you can get them on disc from a store. Or.... Anyway, once you install them on your computer, they're available to all applications which use type (including our dear Photoshop). Most or all of the fonts you have on your computer should be available when you use Photoshop. The reason not all fonts you have appear in all programs has to do with the type of font (and that's a whole 'nother story). As for where you put them, in the world of Macintosh, you simply drag them to a folder called Fonts in your System Folder on your Hard Drive. I can't help with Windows, but any Font download WWW site should have instructions. |
