How do I use this effect?? I have EyeCandy, and I downloaded the zip file.... But which file am I supposed to extract the file to inside the zip file? Thanks

Extract the action into a temporary folder of your choice. Go to photoshop and in your layers window go to actions and you'll see a small round button with an arrow pointing to the right in the upper right corner. Click it and go to load actions. Locate the action you downloaded and click ok. click on the action in the list and press the 'play' button. That's it, same works for all other actions.
