Looking for employees

Im looking for maybe 2 or 3 people to hire as writers/designers for my website. (www.webstruction.net) Mostly i need writers/editors for some of the projects im gonna be adding to the site i.e. tutorials.
Im serious about this so you'll have to be experianced with HTML, popular graphics programs, and a basic understanding of websites and the internet.
