I am new to Flash and am trying to find some tutorials on the web. Not much luck. Does any one have any suggestions as to where I can find some.

ok, sorry, but there's like a BILLION flash tutorials on the web. just do a bit of looking and you'll find more than you'll ever have time to do...

I am not familiar with your lrvel of knowledge, but depending on what you would like to do with flash, I would suggest you have a look at simpler programs like swish. You can get some preety good sites out of it. I know I have been using it for a year.

Flash needs about 3 months 24/7 to get a grip with, and if you just dont have the time (like me) stick with swish. Get the 15 day tryout and see if you like it.
