Cinema 4D ...

...Is it working with XP ? Have searched the net for answers but, I don' seem to find any ? Anybody knows ? On their site it says:

"CINEMA 4D ART is currently available for the platforms Intel-PC (Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000) and PowerMacintosh (OS 8.6 + & Mac OS X). CINEMA 4D runs platform independently, making it possible to exchange data between the systems. "

I don't think it's out for XP yet...Maybe it is now, but a month ago it wasn't. Go to www.maxon.net and find out.

I thank You, Cyb. I will go there now...If it isn't compatible I'll just have to run -98 on another partition, I decided not to from the start, but I can change my mind...

Okidoki, Cyb I couldn't find anythin' on their site, but I emailed them and got a reply after 2 hours !!! Good for them. It say's, and I quote:

Hi, all MAXON products are compatible with all versions of Windows, Mac OS
8/9 and OSX. So yes, it will work.

Good for them, they should update their site then so!

Cinema 4D runs the fastest on Max OSX funnily enough, so if you have a Mac with OSX in the office, buy it for that. It cuts render times...

I have XP and it works fine, i also have a 1.54ghz CPU and a geforce 4 and it runs and renders as fast as notepad.
