hey everyone...this is my very 1st post...oooo aaahh anyway I was at www.gamespy.com on an html page when a flash "ad" came up over the html (same page not a new window) looked like it was flash on an html layer. Is that possible? How?

I'm guessing it's a Flash movie on an iFrame or div on top of the regular page. I've been seeing them around lately too. Gamespot, cnet, etc. Gamespot even has an ad you have to watch before you enter the site. It only happens like once a week though. But still, pretty soon we are going to have to sit through ads for each link we click on.... Just like tv.
