Illustrator Freezing at Startup

The last couple days when i've tried to open up Illustrator the it just hangs on the splash image.
It says Reading Fonts and just sits there until i open up task manager and close it down. I'm assuming it's a problem with one of my fonts?

Just for future reference the solution was to delete all copies of adobefnt*.lst you can find.
