The style of navy.com and marines.com be achieved by a newbie or is it easier then it looks?

Well the person who made navy.com is certainly no newbie. But try hard and use tutorials, and maybe one day you will be able to make the same kind of flash..... that goes for me to. You can always use swish, but that app is for cheaters...

No, the style at navy.com can not be achieved by a newbie. Impossible! Except if that person is a super talent. Like Einstein of Newton. Someone with an extremely high iq for art. If it really was a newbie, then that person is not a newbie anymore. I hope I could do that!
