like Outer Glow or something?

Hi again m8t's.. i was just woundering how to make a "outer glow" in Flash ?
I really need this for my Intro, (cant be done in PS because i need the bg to be transparent).!
Here is an example of what i was going for:

Something like this?

Please help me ASAP, got a deadline on this one , thanx alot!

Try using a shape tool with a fill and then using Alpha to make it slightly transparent so that it looks like its glowing. Thats the best I can think of for flash.

oh that worked :D thanx... but i ran into another miner setback.. Does any1 know how to get the transparent colour?:

Thats basicly the same thing. It's white(or another color) with the alpha dropped low.
