So between 3Ds Max 5 and Cinema 4D, which is easier to learn and easier to use?

agreed. all 3d packages really do come down to personal preference tho, i know folks that swear by max and think lightwave is an awkard backwards program and people who love lightwave and think max is full of retarded little icons. check around for demos, pretty much every major 3d package has a fairly functional demo you can install and try out to see how you like the package. and again, if you're a total noob to 3d i can't recommend the 3dtoolkit enough. no point in blowing a bunch of cash when you can learn for very cheap and figure out what higher end package would suit you best when you're ready for it. chris |
