Illustartor Magic Wand ?

I have one big problem whit Illustrator look at this image

I what to trace it and make it just one color if you know what i mean but i cant figer out how : (, i need someting like the magic wand in ps if you know what i mean, i what to get a look like this http://www.flamingo-international.com/

Please how should i do ?

grab the pen tool and start clicking its the best and most accurate way to do it, tho it may take a bit of playing to get the hang of. good luck
