adding dynamic (html editable) text ontop of images....

I know theres a way to do it, but i cant figure out for the life of me how,, I figured if i sliced the main image (just the border) out in fireworks, the whole inside would be able to be used for text?

Do you mean slicing the image, then using the center part as a table Background and putting text on top of the image?

yes, i sort've got it to work,,, i can place text in the whole thing, except it wont go below where the "slants" state.... i cant put any text below where they start...

You image isn't linking right and I cant see what you are working on, so I am not sure what else to tell you. Give us a link that works with the html and the images.
