where do i go to make a flashing button?

to a book store and get a book on flash basics! Can we have more info. Flashing as in it flashes when you rollover, or just flashing all the time? You;ve come to the right place, just explain yourself some more ;)

both..i see buttons on people's "button walls" and most of them have that type of effect.

ok, what CAN you do in flash? because i can give you an explanation but it won't make any sense if you don't know how to do any of things i say have you done the tutorials under the help menu? if not start there.
