can you do cell phone picutres in Photoshop?

i was just wondering if there is any way to make pictures in Photoshop that can be viewed on a cell phone, specifically the Nokia 5210. or do you have to use another program? i don't have a clue, so any help would be appreciated

One word-Dreamweaver. You can install a WML studio from the extensions of dreamweaver. Then you can make an image (very pixelly) andsave it as jpg, gif, or PNG. In this extension you can actually preview the image as in, you can see what it will look like in WML on a WAP phone.
