How to achieve this glow text effect?

How is it possible to achieve the "glow effect + chiseled" text effect of the FI text logo (top left corner) here?

Chiseled effect...

I simpel inner shadow (100%) (layer style)

And for the glow

Outer glow..but change the color of the glow

Look simple as that...
