I'm trying to make a Dragonball Z- like golden aura in Photoshop. There is a tutorial like this at Namek Design, but it's down for repairs. Does anybody know how I can make the DBZ like aura?

Yeah, I was there...Namek Design...he put up a new server and the pics aren't working and cuz he's on 56k it's gonna take like a week to upload them he says.
