http://lilmack187.hey.nu/Others/awax%20conceptzdarker3.jpg you see this cover is made by someone that is real good with photoshop and I heard you can get this effect on the colors with the settings and all but could someone gimmie a lil tutorial? Thnx, dieter. |

Man, that image is small in height and width, but huge in size, could you maybe post a link instead? About your request, he's made a brush, a grungy brush and used that on the sides..as for the alteration of colour, he probably used 'colour selection' or 'hue/saturation' and used this in some areas (which were probably feathered) where he changed the orange into a purple. |

if your talking about the the door behind him, imo i would just make it with a gradient overlay or something... its pretty simple reallly just select the layer, find the gradient colors that you want, make the gradient go from the center outward and there you go, maybe mess with some layer modes, the opacity, or levels, to get the desired effect...
