i download the Texture Actions form this site and i want use them to Blend with other pics but don't know how to use the files that i just download or to get them in???

Actions Palette....upper right corner, little triangle = drop-down menu. Load Actions...navigate to the .atn files you scrounged.
Now, go read your manual, sonny!
