dotted lines in ps7

I just barely installed Photoshop 7 today. I was trying to make a dotted line like I did in Photoshop 6.
I would select the pencil tool, then I would be able to set the line's spacing that I draw with it to make a dotted line. I can't find where to set the spacing with the pencil tool.

window > Brushes
there you can adjust all that stuff.
