Ok I am gonna have to make a commercial add in a magazine and it needs to be 300 DPi, how can I arrange it with the settings?

Start your image at the size of the add at 300 dpi

when u new a doc ,u can arrange it with opening windows
here
when u already have a picture u can make it like here
but its not better !
