Making a motion blur

hi i need help making a motion button i get stuck wher it says..... -

Switch to Flash. Type in the same word we used using the same Font and Font Size as before.
Make the text into a symbol by pressing F8. You can make the text a button or movie clip depending on what you need. For this demonstration we will make it into a graphic. Next, import the blurred image convert it into a graphic symbol and place it in its own layer. Name the new layer "imported text". and Name the Layer that contains our Flash text "Flash text".

i dont known waht this means i got adobe 7 and im very new also i would like help oin making a lyout for my website....any help?

Well, I'd really like to help you, but I know nothing about Flash and it's most likely that nobody in the part of the forum would either, so try the other graphics program forum.
