KPT Metal Punk HELP

Please, someone help me!

I sow the tut for Metal Punk, using the KPT efect. I try to re-make it myself, but it didn't went rigth. I did it like tels the tut, downloaded the two files, and follow every steps, but the efect only make a shadow, making the circle transform into button, but it don't make any reflex ore cool shape forms.

I need to do this soon, so please, someone can help me do it?!

I have not idea what your talking about... "Metal Punk" sounds more like a type of music and not a photoshop tutorial... sorry i cant help man... maybe be more spacific....
