ello ppl. just a quicky. how do u get an image and make it almost see threw in teh background. what filter do i need and if i need 1 where can i get it from.

just change the opacity of the image/layer... its right on the layers setting window.. which if that isnt open go to... PS7 Window--> Layers.... PS6 Window--> Show layers... hope that helps... |
