How to make similar button with team photoshop web button

My quetion is, how can i make button similar to your web button like button to go to tutorial or forum button.

Another question is, what the font are you using to make mr photoshop (above) text.

Rounded rectangle tool,
fill,
new layer white, or very light shade of fill color,
blend mode,
gaussian blur,
repeat until desired effect is acheived,
move assorted blend mode layers up and down until final effect suits your needs "
