How could i make button just like it in your website?
eg:


could i download "Photoshop Tips" i found it very useful to me,but my netspeed is too slow,i just can't wait for a long time.

its just a rounded rectangular box with an excellent choice of colors for a gradient, mebbe some other stuff with a bit of gaussian blurring. amazing how pank makes simple things look so complicated :p.

That's because I hardly ever use gradients ;)
Just like mo0ch said.
Rounded rectangle tool,
fill,
new layer white, or very light shade of fill color,
blend mode,
gaussian blur,
repeat until desired effect is acheived,
move assorted blend mode layers up and down until final effect suits your needs
