Photoshop Wow is pretty good, I just picked it up. But not so much for beginners. I suggest lots of tutorials and honestly, a class wouldnt hurt either. Just realize that when your starting out, PS is all about selections and layers. Make your selections clean and keep everything on its own layer so you make sure you dont lose things.
