Whenever I click on Save For Web I get a box coming up that is searching for Netscape 6 (which I don't have on my system). I tried to find something in preferences and in the help section, but couldn't find anything about it. Any suggestions. BTW, when I hit cancel, it goes right into the save for web boxes and works appropriatly after hitting cancel. Thanks alot. Paul |

I have never heard of this error before  . Do you really need to use Netscape though, as in, do you really need to have it on your computer? IE is better than NS :(

Did you used to have Net6 on your pc? Dont know why it would think it was there unless you used to have it on there. If for some reason it wasnt fully uninstalled, then you might check the control panel-->folder options-->file types and then see what you are trying to save is associated with, ie if you are trying to save a gif, change it so that it opens with ps. This is the only thing I could think of. Otherwise you get 'one of those unusual bug awards'. and maybe re install. |

i can't think of anything...so this is probably really stupid : when u click save for web, then cancel blah blah...back to the regular thing...do you still have the IE logo for the preview or is it netscape? if it's netscape then just click the drop arrow and change it back to IE...only thing i could think of. |
