when I use the selection tool to select a color and I cut it out it still leaves litle cartels on the border, any techniek to get it away without the cutter?

commonly,i use blur tool or brush tool deal with the cutter's problem

hehe sorry about my spelling but I live in Belgium and its kinda heard to spell some words that you dont know the exact word for it...

i meant, what's cartel in that sense? "still leaves litle cartels on the border" I mean, PS7 makes organizations and what not when you use the selection tool now? Maybe it's worth the upgrade now. My own little cartel
