hi guys/gals =) i was wondering in this tutorial on trendy crystals what other program is there to use other than raydream... and if so, how with another program its seems that program died... http://jereme.gfxsites.net/tutorials/trendycrystals/trendycrystals.php is the like to the tutorial or if there is a simpler way to create the final product, would be nice to know thx in advance |

There is 3d studio max, lightwave, maya etc. But these cost a lot but the effect are also better then shown in that tutorial. You can try to simulate it in photoshop but it's rather hard. I just entered the forum, and am already in need of some professional assistance. I'm trying to bring an image of a drumset into the image I've already created in photoshop by isolating the drumset by itself. So far I've selected the image in full with the magic wand, copied it into an alpha channel what else am I forgetting? Or do I have to duplicate the channel? What can I do to get this image into photoshop? Gratefully your's |

If you have a selection of the drum set, simply CTR+C (in the drumset image) and then open the image you want to put the drumset into and CTR+V

from what i can see.. that tutorial is kinda confusing in itself, not being program specific and such....
