Hi, I've been browsing and searching this forum to see if anyone already posted somethin on how to make flames but I couldn't find any. Anyhow, I was wondering if anyone could show me how to make these flames in this wallpaper. http://www.finalfantasy.btinternet.co.uk/images/FF7Seph.jpg Thanks

that's cool. I'd say a little bit of Eyecandy 4000 from alien skin software and some custom brushes. then, a lot of playing with hue/saturation layers. Also lots of layers, too. hope that helps! |

Here's one of the best flame tutorials I've ever seen. Available as a downloadable QuickTime movie or as standard HTML pages. Very cool. |

I played Final Fantasy 7 and I think this is not a wallpaper but a shot from an ingame cinematic of the game (In a flashback from Cloud where Sephiroth destroys his town). So it was made with a 3d program not with photoshop.
