Don't know if this is an EZ or Hard quesion.

I am trying to do a little gag for my cousin for her b-day and am wanting to take a previous pic of her, and make it as if she is pregnant. How would i go about doing this?My idea is to make it like her stomach is protruding from her shirt(as if it were as natural as possible)

The thecnique for your trick is not this hard...but it tke a lot of tries to get it perfect..so dont abandon to quikly...
