Hey everyone! As you can tell, I am new to this site and I am new to Photoshop. This is my first picture (following a tutorial and changing it a little) The problem is, I don't know where to start really. I am very good with computers and webdesign, but graphics? Nope I can follow Photoshop Tutorials perfectly, and do very basic things on my own. Where should I start? How did some of the more advanced people here start? Thanks for the tips in advance! (BTW, I am getting good with Fireworks 4, if this gives anyone an understanding of where my knowledge is at) |

Really all you have to do is read... Start with the help files/manual/tutorials Then hit the book store There are SOOOO many books out there on Photoshop just go to the local book store and take your pick. My suggestion: something by Deke McClelland his books are easy to read and understand. If you see the "peachpit press" sig on the book then its gonna be good. In my opinion. *at work on memorial day and upset about it* |
