Sports card template / action

I'm looking for a template, action or both that will take apicture and make a sports trading card out of it. Does anyone know if this type of thing ?

I've done 20 or 30 sets of cards for kids’ High School teams, Little League Baseball, Midget Football, etc and always laid them out in QuarkXPress. Of course I did all the photo editing in Photoshop, but as for laying it all out with the text, etc...a page layout program is the way to go.

If I were just using Photoshop for one or two cards I wouldn't do it via an action, because an action that someone else made probably wouldn't appeal to my sensibilities. I'd create the entire thing myself.

Lay them out in Quark, PageMaker, or InDesign.
