Need help for site...

I was sitting down recently and was working on a layout for my new upcoming Anime Music Video site...Since I recently just shut down my old site I need to start up a new one where I now will strictly do video related content...Such as capturing, encoding, editing tutorials.....And much more to help the people out there to learn how to use After Effects....Photoshop....Premiere and other video programs for video based content.....Problem with this is I'm not THAT great at layouts.....I have a VERY talented coder who is going to be coding my entire site making it completely dynamic...now what I need is a good layout to get this up and running.....Is anyone out there kind hearted enough to help me out with this situation....I know this is a lot to ask for but I'm I thought I may as well ask....I wanted something sharp....not just fancy graphics but something that is well laid out for the eyes and enjoyable to look at....something kind of like this..

ack...I thought I put "Not to sound arrogant"....My Bad!....=(...Heh...I apologize.....

The reason I put that part on there though was to show that this aint gonna be no sad site.....I'm gonna put a lot of time into this so I don't want anyone to think if they put work into the layout I'm just gonna drop the site or anything.....I have good intentions but I guess that just came out wrong...I'd like to apologize once more...
