Preserve Transparency in 6.0

Have been doing a few tutorials made for v5.x and they keep refering to "Preserve Transparency"...
I can`t seem to find that checkbox in v6.0.

Is it there at all or is something else to do with the same effect?

in 6.0 it is now "lock transparent pixels" its a checkbox on the layers pallet.
